Payment

4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to most U.S. addresses. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. WILD BUDS is not liable for:

5. Returns and Refunds
Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns once they have shipped. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect order, contact us at support@mywildbuds.com within 7 days of delivery. We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
6. Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew at the stated interval unless cancelled. You may cancel anytime before your next billing date through your account or by contacting us at support@mywildbuds.com.

All content on our website — including text, images, logos, recipes, and trademarks — is owned or licensed by WILD BUDS and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.
8. User-Generated Content and Hashtag Submissions
We love seeing families enjoy WILD BUDS! From snack-time smiles to creative lunchbox moments, we may feature real photos and stories from our community (“User Content”).
By posting or sharing photos, videos, or other content that includes WILD BUDS products and tagging or mentioning us with the hashtag #ShareMyWildBuds, you grant WILD BUDS permission to:
- Repost, share, and feature your content on our website, social media pages, email newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Use your social media handle, caption text, and any other publicly shared context related to the post.
By using #ShareMyWildBuds, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old and are the parent or legal guardian of any child shown in the content.
- You own the rights to the content and it does not infringe on anyone else’s rights.
- You consent to WILD BUDS using the content, royalty-free and worldwide, for marketing or promotional purposes without additional approval or payment.
If you ever wish to have your content removed, email support@mywildbuds.com with a link or screenshot of the post, and we’ll take it down promptly.
We will never request or repost content shared privately (e.g., in DMs or from private accounts) without explicit written permission.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the site for unlawful purposes
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the website
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Violation of these Terms may result in termination of your access to the Services.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
