Taco Salsa – Taco Salad

Ingredients
- 1 lb - cooked taco-seasoned ground beef or shredded chicken
- 6 cups - chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup - cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup - shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup - black beans, drained and rinsed
- ½ cup - corn kernels (fresh, canned, or frozen)
- ½ cup - sliced black olives (optional)
- 1 cup - crushed tortilla chips
- ½ cup - ranch dressing (premade)
- 1 Bottle - Wild Buds Taco Salsa
Cooking Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cheese, black beans, corn, and olives.
- Add cooked taco meat and toss gently to combine.
- Drizzle ranch dressing over the salad and toss again to coat evenly.
- Top with crushed tortilla chips just before serving to maintain crunch.
- Plate and finish with a drizzle of Wild Buds Taco Salsa.
- Serve immediately
