Taco Salsa – Taco Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lb - cooked taco-seasoned ground beef or shredded chicken
  • 6 cups - chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup - cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup - shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup - black beans, drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup - corn kernels (fresh, canned, or frozen)
  • ½ cup - sliced black olives (optional)
  • 1 cup - crushed tortilla chips
  • ½ cup - ranch dressing (premade)
  • 1 Bottle - Wild Buds Taco Salsa

Cooking Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cheese, black beans, corn, and olives.
  2. Add cooked taco meat and toss gently to combine.
  3. Drizzle ranch dressing over the salad and toss again to coat evenly.
  4. Top with crushed tortilla chips just before serving to maintain crunch.
  5. Plate and finish with a drizzle of Wild Buds Taco Salsa. 
  6. Serve immediately
