Sweet Chili Shrimp Skewers

Ingredients
- 2 LB – 16/20 Shrimp
- 2 – Bell Peppers
- 1 – Red Onion
- 2 TB – Olive Oil
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 Bottle – Wild Buds Sweet Chili Sauce
- Bamboo Skewers
Cooking Instructions
- Thaw and clean the shrimp as needed.
- Cut the bell peppers and red onion into a large dice.
- Build the skewers by alternating a piece of shrimp, a piece of bell pepper and a piece of red onion. Do this until ¾ of the skewer is filled and there is room to grip it from the bottom.
- Build the remaining skewers.
- Drizzle a baking sheet with olive oil.
- Lay the skewers on the baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
- Preheat your broiler to medium heat.
- Place the skewers on the top rack in the oven and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Carefully remove and flip the skewers.
- Place them back under the broiler and cook an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and finish the skewers with a drizzle of Wild Buds Sweet Chili Sauce.
- Serve with rice and enjoy!
