Sesame Ginger Pork Tenderloin with Lo Mein

Ingredients

  • 1 lb - pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz - lo Mein noodles or spaghetti
  • 1 TB - vegetable oil
  • 1 cup - sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup - shredded carrots
  • 1 cup - snap peas
  • 1 Bottle – Wild Buds Sesame Ginger sauce
  • 2 tsp - soy sauce (optional)
  • 2 - green onions, sliced (optional, for garnish)
  • 1 tsp - sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Cooking Instructions

  1. Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add pork slices and cook 4–5 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add bell peppers, carrots, and snap peas. Stir-fry 3–4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Add cooked noodles and Wild Buds Sesame Ginger sauce to the skillet. Toss everything together until evenly coated and heated through.
  5. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
  6. Serve hot.
