Sesame Ginger Pork Tenderloin with Lo Mein

Ingredients
- 1 lb - pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
- 8 oz - lo Mein noodles or spaghetti
- 1 TB - vegetable oil
- 1 cup - sliced bell peppers
- 1 cup - shredded carrots
- 1 cup - snap peas
- 1 Bottle – Wild Buds Sesame Ginger sauce
- 2 tsp - soy sauce (optional)
- 2 - green onions, sliced (optional, for garnish)
- 1 tsp - sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
Cooking Instructions
- Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add pork slices and cook 4–5 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Add bell peppers, carrots, and snap peas. Stir-fry 3–4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add cooked noodles and Wild Buds Sesame Ginger sauce to the skillet. Toss everything together until evenly coated and heated through.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
- Serve hot.
