Peri Peri Sauce Oven Wings

Ingredients

  • 2 LB – Chicken Wings, separated
  • 2 TB – Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp – Salt
  • ½ tsp – Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp – Smoked Paprika
  • 1 Bottle – Wild Buds Peri Peri Sauce 

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
  2. Pat wings dry with paper towels. Toss wings with olive oil, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  3. Arrange wings in a single layer on the wire rack.
  4. Bake 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until wings are golden and cooked through (165°F internal temperature).
  5. Remove from oven and immediately toss wings with Wild Buds Peri Peri sauce until evenly coated.
  6. Serve hot with extra Peri Peri sauce on the side.
