Teriyaki Oven Roasted Pork Chops with Broiled Pineapple

Ingredients
- 2 - bone-in or boneless pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
- ¼ cup - Wild Buds Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 TB - olive oil
- ½ tsp - salt
- ¼ tsp - black pepper
- 2 - pineapple slices (fresh or canned, about ½ inch thick)
- Optional garnish: chopped green onions or sesame seeds
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or oven-safe pan.
- Rub pork chops with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Place on prepared baking sheet.
- Brush each pork chop generously with Wild Buds Teriyaki Sauce.
- Roast in the oven for 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- After pork chops are done roasting, place pineapple slices on a separate baking sheet. Set the oven to broil on medium.
- Broil 2–3 minutes per side until caramelized and golden.
- Serve pork chops topped or drizzled with extra Wild Buds Teriyaki Sauce alongside the broiled pineapple slices.
Optional: garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds.
