Teriyaki Oven Roasted Pork Chops with Broiled Pineapple

Ingredients

  • 2 - bone-in or boneless pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
  • ¼ cup - Wild Buds Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 TB - olive oil
  • ½ tsp - salt
  • ¼ tsp - black pepper
  • 2 - pineapple slices (fresh or canned, about ½ inch thick)
  • Optional garnish: chopped green onions or sesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or oven-safe pan.
  2. Rub pork chops with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Place on prepared baking sheet.
  3. Brush each pork chop generously with Wild Buds Teriyaki Sauce.
  4. Roast in the oven for 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  5. After pork chops are done roasting, place pineapple slices on a separate baking sheet. Set the oven to  broil on medium. 
  6. Broil 2–3 minutes per side until caramelized and golden.
  7. Serve pork chops topped or drizzled with extra Wild Buds Teriyaki Sauce alongside the broiled pineapple slices.

Optional: garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds.
