Taco Salsa Mexican Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 premade pizza crust (10–12 inch)
  • ½ cup - premade taco salsa
  • 1 cup - cooked taco-seasoned ground beef or shredded chicken
  • 1 cup - shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • ½ cup - black beans, drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup - corn kernels (fresh, canned, or frozen)
  • 2 TB - sliced green onions
  • Optional toppings: sliced jalapeños, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, sour cream

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven according to pizza crust package instructions (typically 400–425°F / 200–220°C).
  2. Place premade crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone. Spread taco salsa evenly over the crust.
  3. Evenly layer cooked taco meat, black beans, corn, and shredded cheese on top.
  4. Bake according to crust package instructions, usually 10–12 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Remove from oven and top with green onions and any optional toppings.
  6. Slice and serve immediately
