Sesame Ginger Meatballs with Snap Peas

Ingredients
- 1 lb - cooked meatballs (beef, pork, or chicken)
- 1 cup - long-grain rice, uncooked
- 2 cups - water or chicken broth
- 2 cups - snap peas, trimmed
- 1 Bottle – Wild Buds Sesame Ginger sauce
- 1 TB - sesame oil
- 2 tsp - soy sauce (optional)
- 1 tsp - sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
- 2 - green onions, sliced (optional, for garnish)
Cooking Instructions
- Cook rice according to package instructions using water or chicken broth.
- While rice is cooking, heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook 3–4 minutes until heated through.
- Add snap peas and cook 2–3 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Pour Wild Buds Sesame Ginger sauce over meatballs and snap peas. Stir to coat evenly and heat 1–2 minutes.
- Serve meatballs and snap peas over cooked rice.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions if desired.
