Sesame Ginger Meatballs with Snap Peas

Ingredients

  • 1 lb - cooked meatballs (beef, pork, or chicken)
  • 1 cup - long-grain rice, uncooked
  • 2 cups - water or chicken broth
  • 2 cups - snap peas, trimmed
  • 1 Bottle – Wild Buds Sesame Ginger sauce
  • 1 TB - sesame oil
  • 2 tsp - soy sauce (optional)
  • 1 tsp - sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
  • 2 - green onions, sliced (optional, for garnish)

Cooking Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions using water or chicken broth.
  2. While rice is cooking, heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook 3–4 minutes until heated through.
  3. Add snap peas and cook 2–3 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. Pour Wild Buds Sesame Ginger sauce over meatballs and snap peas. Stir to coat evenly and heat 1–2 minutes.
  5. Serve meatballs and snap peas over cooked rice.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions if desired.
