Korean BBQ Ground Beef Flatbread

Ingredients
- 3 LB – Chuck Roast
- ½ - Onion, small dice
- 1 tsp – Salt
- ½ tsp – Pepper
- 1 tsp – Garlic Powder
- ¼ Cup – Soy Sauce
- 2 Cup – Beef Broth
- Premade Flatbread
- ½ Cup – Julienned Red Onion
- 2 Cup – Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Bottle – Wild Buds Korean BBQ Sauce
Cooking Instructions
- Toss the chuck roast in the slow cooker and add diced onion, salt, pepper, garlic powder, soy sauce and beef broth.
- Turn the slow cooker to low and cook for 7-8 hours until the beef is shredable. (4-5 hours on high)
- Shred the beef and preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- Build your flatbreads.
- Drizzle the flatbread with some Wild Buds Korean BBQ sauce and then add on some of the shredded beef.
- Sprinkle on some onions and parmesan cheese.
- Cook the flatbread directly on the oven rack for 5-7 minutes.
- Carefully remove from the oven. For the extra adventurous, top the flatbread with some fresh arugula.
- Cut and serve.
