Sesame Ginger Flank Steak Tacos

Ingredients
- 1 lb - flank steak
- 8 - small flour or corn tortillas
- ½ cup – Wild Buds Sesame Ginger sauce
- 1 TB - vegetable oil
- 1 - cup shredded cabbage or lettuce
- ½ - cup shredded carrots
- 2 - green onions, sliced
- Optional toppings: sesame seeds, cilantro, sliced cucumber, lime wedges
Cooking Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Slice flank steak thinly against the grain. Add to skillet and cook 4–6 minutes until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
- Remove from heat and toss steak with Wild Buds Sesame Ginger sauce until evenly coated.
- Warm tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
- Assemble tacos: place shredded cabbage or lettuce and carrots on each tortilla, top with sesame ginger steak, and garnish with green onions and optional toppings.
- Serve immediately
