Sesame Ginger Flank Steak Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 lb - flank steak
  • 8 - small flour or corn tortillas
  • ½ cup – Wild Buds Sesame Ginger sauce
  • 1 TB - vegetable oil
  • 1 - cup shredded cabbage or lettuce
  • ½ - cup shredded carrots
  • 2 - green onions, sliced
  • Optional toppings: sesame seeds, cilantro, sliced cucumber, lime wedges

Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Slice flank steak thinly against the grain. Add to skillet and cook 4–6 minutes until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
  3. Remove from heat and toss steak with Wild Buds Sesame Ginger sauce until evenly coated.
  4. Warm tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
  5. Assemble tacos: place shredded cabbage or lettuce and carrots on each tortilla, top with sesame ginger steak, and garnish with green onions and optional toppings.
  6. Serve immediately
