Sweet Chili Egg Roll Bake

Ingredients
- 1 LB – Ground Pork Sausage
- 1 – Small onion, small dice
- 1 TB – Soy Sauce
- 2 TB – Wild Buds Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1 Bag – Cole Slaw Mix (14 oz)
- 1 Cup – Shredded Carrots
- 1 TB – Sesame Oil
- 1 Bunch – Green Onion, Chopped
- Wonton Strips – For Garnish
Cooking Instructions
- In a large pot over medium heat, cook the sausage with the diced onion until the sausage is fully cooked.
- Add in the cole slaw mix, shredded carrots and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and add the soy sauce, sesame oil and Wild Buds Sweet Chili sauce. Stir until well combined.
- Pour the mix into a 9X13 baking dish and preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and finish with wonton strips, chopped green onion and a drizzle of more Wild Buds Sweet Chili Sauce. Serve with rice.
