Teriyaki Beef with Broccoli

Ingredients
- 1 lb - flank steak or sirloin, thinly sliced against the grain
- 3 - cups broccoli florets
- ½ cup - Wild Buds Teriyaki Sauce
- ½ cup - beef broth or water
- 1 tsp - garlic powder
- 1 tsp - ginger powder (optional)
- 1 TB - cornstarch + 2 TB water (optional, for thickening)
- Cooked rice or noodles, for serving
- Optional garnish: sliced green onions, sesame seeds
Cooking Instructions
- Place sliced beef in the slow cooker. Add Wild Buds Teriyaki Sauce, beef broth, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2–3 hours, until beef is tender.
- About 20–30 minutes before serving, add broccoli florets on top. Cover and continue cooking until broccoli is tender but still crisp.
- Optional: For thicker sauce, mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl, stir into slow cooker, and cook an additional 5–10 minutes.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired
