Teriyaki Beef with Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 1 lb - flank steak or sirloin, thinly sliced against the grain
  • 3 - cups broccoli florets
  • ½ cup - Wild Buds Teriyaki Sauce
  • ½ cup - beef broth or water
  • 1 tsp - garlic powder
  • 1 tsp - ginger powder (optional)
  • 1 TB - cornstarch + 2 TB water (optional, for thickening)
  • Cooked rice or noodles, for serving
  • Optional garnish: sliced green onions, sesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

  1. Place sliced beef in the slow cooker. Add Wild Buds Teriyaki Sauce, beef broth, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Stir to combine.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2–3 hours, until beef is tender.
  3. About 20–30 minutes before serving, add broccoli florets on top. Cover and continue cooking until broccoli is tender but still crisp.
  4. Optional: For thicker sauce, mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl, stir into slow cooker, and cook an additional 5–10 minutes.
  5. Serve hot over rice or noodles and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired
