WB Korean BBQ Shredded Chicken Tacos

Ingredients

  • 3 LB – Chicken Thighs, Boneless Skinless
  • 1 Bottle – Wild Buds Korean BBQ Sauce
  • 1 tsp – Salt
  • ½ tsp – Pepper
  • 1 tsp – Garlic Powder
  • 2 TB – Soy Sauce
  • 1 Cup – Chicken Broth
  • ½ Head – Red Cabbage
  • ¼ Cup – Shredded Carrots
  • 1 Bunch – Green Onion
  • Flour Tortillas

Cooking Instructions

  1. Trim the chicken as needed and toss it into your slow cooker.
  2. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, soy sauce and chicken broth and stir until well combined. 
  3. Set the cooker on low and cook for 6-8 hours or until the chicken is shredable. (4-6 hours on high)
  4. Shred the chicken. 
  5. Shred the cabbage and chop the green onion. Combine in a mixing bowl with the shredded carrots.
  6. Build your tacos by adding ¼ cup of the shredded chicken and a pinch of slaw into a flour tortilla. 
  7. Top the tacos with a generous drizzle of Wild Buds Korean BBQ Sauce.
