WB Korean BBQ Shredded Chicken Tacos

Ingredients
- 3 LB – Chicken Thighs, Boneless Skinless
- 1 Bottle – Wild Buds Korean BBQ Sauce
- 1 tsp – Salt
- ½ tsp – Pepper
- 1 tsp – Garlic Powder
- 2 TB – Soy Sauce
- 1 Cup – Chicken Broth
- ½ Head – Red Cabbage
- ¼ Cup – Shredded Carrots
- 1 Bunch – Green Onion
- Flour Tortillas
Cooking Instructions
- Trim the chicken as needed and toss it into your slow cooker.
- Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, soy sauce and chicken broth and stir until well combined.
- Set the cooker on low and cook for 6-8 hours or until the chicken is shredable. (4-6 hours on high)
- Shred the chicken.
- Shred the cabbage and chop the green onion. Combine in a mixing bowl with the shredded carrots.
- Build your tacos by adding ¼ cup of the shredded chicken and a pinch of slaw into a flour tortilla.
- Top the tacos with a generous drizzle of Wild Buds Korean BBQ Sauce.
