Baked Chicken Skewers

Ingredients

  • 1 lb - boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 - red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 - green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 - small red onion, cut into wedges
  • ¼ cup - Wild Buds Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 TB - olive oil
  • 8–10 wooden or metal skewers
  • Optional garnish: sesame seeds, chopped green onions

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and lightly grease.
  2. Thread chicken, bell peppers, and onion alternately onto skewers.
  3. In a small bowl, mix Wild Buds Teriyaki Sauce and olive oil. Brush the mixture over the skewers.
  4. Place skewers on the prepared baking sheet and bake 15–20 minutes, turning halfway through, until chicken is cooked through (165°F internal temperature) and vegetables are tender.
  5. Optional: garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
  6. Serve hot, optionally with extra Wild Buds Teriyaki Sauce for dipping
