Baked Chicken Skewers

Ingredients
- 1 lb - boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 - red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 - green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 - small red onion, cut into wedges
- ¼ cup - Wild Buds Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 TB - olive oil
- 8–10 wooden or metal skewers
- Optional garnish: sesame seeds, chopped green onions
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and lightly grease.
- Thread chicken, bell peppers, and onion alternately onto skewers.
- In a small bowl, mix Wild Buds Teriyaki Sauce and olive oil. Brush the mixture over the skewers.
- Place skewers on the prepared baking sheet and bake 15–20 minutes, turning halfway through, until chicken is cooked through (165°F internal temperature) and vegetables are tender.
- Optional: garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
- Serve hot, optionally with extra Wild Buds Teriyaki Sauce for dipping
